With nine years of industry experience and a sound understanding of recruitment methodology, Karen provides exceptional career advice to our candidates and recruitment services to our clients as our specialist Principal Consultant for the temporary and contract Accounting & Finance industry.

Throughout her career, Karen has held several Accounting & Finance positions across some of Australia’s and New Zealand’s most recognisable businesses, from Auckland Council, Australian Red Cross and National Australia Bank. Now, she brings her expertise to Parker Bridge. Karen utilises her extensive background in Accounting & Finance to gain a deep understanding of an organisation’s recruitment needs and to foster beneficial candidate relationships.

Born and raised on a sheep and beef farm in Taihape, Karen is a keen lover of the great outdoors, staying active and keeping fit. She spends her time outside of work exploring the outdoors with her favourite spots being the Rangitikei River, Central Otago and visiting Northland’s beautiful beaches with friends and family. Karen also spent eight years’ in Australia where her work took her to every state, several regions and many cities including Darwin, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, and even the isolated Kimberley region out West.
