In her role as the Wellington General Manager, Louise spends her time supporting her team of high performing consultants providing support, guidance and strategic advice, ensuring they are able to perform at the highest levels.

As an experienced and highly successful recruiter in her own right, she balances her General Manager duties whilst continuing to recruit some of the best and brightest talents in the Wellington market. Her reputation as a dedicated recruiter is well-known in the industry, as is her eye for detail and gift for getting the brief just right. She is known for her insightful and intelligent recruitment solutions and takes considerable pride in nurturing and developing her networks, something she has been building on since 2007.

Louise’s in-depth industry knowledge stems from her recruitment of business support staff for a leading Dublin based Recruitment Company. She also brings five years international experience in the Irish Civil Service where she recruited staff at all levels for Irish government departments. Client feedback indicates that her ability to add value by quickly and effectively sourcing the right candidates is what makes her truly stand out from other recruiters.
