Louise was genuine and easy to communicate with as well as professional. Prior to the interview, Louise had made an effort to contact other staff at the company to reassure me it was a place where people were happy. I particularly appreciated the contact, wishing me well on the day and the follow-up. Contacting me after a few weeks to see how I was getting on. Also, keeping me informed throughout, I never felt uninformed at any time.
