Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

  • Diary and email management
  • Provide secretarial support to Board meetings and other meetings as required – preparing agendas and minute taking
  • Organise and coordinate meetings
  • Organise and co-ordinate travel and accommodation 
  • Assist in Project work
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ad hoc administration

If you have at least two years' experience, are well presented and articulate, communicate effectively, have demonstrable MS Office skills, are a masterful multitasker with personality plus and a positive outlook on life, we'd love to talk to you in further detail.
