We are looking for an experienced PA/ Sales Support Administrator to join this expanding team. As an established and branded business we are seeking to recruit additional staff join this dynamic team.

As the PA/Sales Support Administrator you will be responsible for :

  • Drawing up all proposals, ensuring all are expertly presented for sales rep's and/or clients in a timely fashion

  • To proactively follow up with all leads, booking meetings for sales manager to engage with customers, ensuring the sales reps days are filled with qualified appointments one week in advance

  • Entering and qualifying all lead information into the CRM and following process to meet time frames

  • Travel coordination; ensuring all flights, accommodation and rentals are booked 1 month prior to each business trip

  • Arranging appointments for the Sales Manager and supply any presentation or product information that is needed for meetings

  • Providing an exceptional level of support to the sales manager, including handling enquiries – by telephone and email and liaising with all areas of the business

  • Providing information on sales, by product line or territory that sales managers use to prepare reports and monitor performance.

  • Supporting the sales team throughout the whole sales process from end to end, providing administrative support for both internal and external customers. Sales support duties include compiling quotes, tracking orders, distributing samples to clients etc

  • To actively seek opportunities to increase the customer base through improved processes, system enhancements and new innovations

  • Comply with all health and safely policies, guidelines and initiatives
