Call Centre Advisor - Johnsonville

Have you previously worked in a call centre? We are searching for a customer service superstar to join a busy, dynamic team within an organisation that is committed to providing the best advice to its customers.

This is a call centre based position, so you will need a minimum of 6 months' experience in a similar role. The perfect candidate will possess an excellent phone manner. Located in the Johnsonville area, as the new member of this team you will be:

 

  • Responding to inbound calls in a professional and timely manner

  • Providing advice on products and services

  • Lodging new claims

  • Mailing out necessary documentation

  • Building strong relationships with clients and other members of the team

  • Escalating queries via the appropriate channels

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have had previous experience in a call centre

  • Ideally have a banking or financial sector background

  • Have excellent verbal communication skills
