With multiple EA positions on the books, I am looking for experienced EA who pride themselves on their strategic thinking, proactive approach and mind reading abilities.

In these roles, you will be supporting top business leaders within Wellington, dynamic organizations that act with integrity and transparency.  If you have experience with the following responsibilities – I want to hear from you:

  • Over 8 years experience in an EA/PA role, supporting Tier 1 and 2 Managers
  • Diary and email management
  • Provided secretarial support to Board meetings and other meetings as required – preparing agendas and minute taking
  • Organise and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and accommodation
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ad hoc administration
  • Worked in varied sectors, for example: Telecommunications, Finance, Manufacturing and Government Ministries
