Executive Assistant to 2 X Senior Managers

The Organisation and Role:

This organisation is truly committed to providing the best advice to their clients and they work with dedication and drive to get the best possible results. To continue their high level of service, they are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide support to two senior general managers.


  • Extensive Diary Management 

  • Providing executive secretarial support including drafting correspondence, formatting documents and liaising with the wider team

  • Coordination of meetings  

  • Preparing documents, conducting research and providing general administrative support along with reporting duties as required 

  • Budget management and monitoring of expenditure 

  • Relationship Management 

  • Ad hoc administration

To be a perfect fit for this role you will have;

  • 3 – 5 years' Personal Assistant/ Executive Assistant experience

  • Demonstrated ability drafting reports and understanding financial analysis 

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills 

  • Excellent communication, prioritisation and multi-tasking skills

  • The ability work effectively as part of a team, utilising your initiative and a real-team player attitude
