About the Business
Our client has an immediate opening for an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join their dynamic team for 3 months.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a market leading business who are experiencing rapid growth and who pride themselves on offering superior service and an extensive range of products. They have a high number of branches across New Zealand so this is a high volume, high-pressure role with lots of coordination among internal and external stakeholders.
About the Role
As an experienced Accounts Receivable expert you will be well experienced with:
- Debt collection
- Credit Control
- Account queries
- Payment allocation
- Allocating receipts to correct customer accounts and invoices
- Prompt response to customer queries
- Excellent data entry skills
- Exceptional Excel skills
- Great attention to detail and high level of accuracy
This role will suit you if you are big on the detail, accuracy and attention to detail and are personable, diligent and driven.
