What you will be doing

This role will include a heavy focus on developing new business and fostering new relationships with organisations throughout the region, so it would be the perfect opportunity for someone who is ambitious, confident and decisive. The Wellington branch is well established and made up of some seriously great Recruiters, with plenty of experience and industry knowledge between them. Wellington is a small town so the emphasis is on working as part of a great team.

Do you fit the profile?
Ideally, you will have three to ten years’ experience in Business & Executive Support recruitment or business development and sales. As you’ll be developing beneficial relationships with our customers, you’ll also need to have sound communication and critical thinking skills, have a resilience and hard-working attitude, and be someone who thrives on the thrill of the chase. That said, being innovative, quick on your feet, a great team-player and results-focused is equally crucial. Delivering a quality service should come naturally to you, and in a perfect world, you'll be tertiary qualified.

You may be someone who has been working in business administration or a similar field and is looking for a change of scenery, or an experienced Recruiter looking for the next step in your recruitment career. Wellington is the coolest little creative Capital with vineyards galore, fantastic beaches, a foodie and coffee haven and plenty of thrill-seeking activities for those daredevils.
