Intermediate Business Analyst

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have:

  • 2 years+ of proven experience
  • Highly developed skills to manage complex processes
  • The ability to multitask and to tight deadlines
  • Proven analytical skills
  • Strong methodical with sound technical aptitude
  • The ability to communicate effectively across the different business units (sometimes with technical and non-technical staff)
  • Proven experience in achieving results through team work

 

Note: If you have experience with Agile methodologies would be an advantageous

 

In the role, you’ll be tasked with (but not exclusive too):

  • Enhancing system analysis and design
  • ID of root causes of requests
  • Challenge the business processes to design new or change
  • Implementation of successful business processes
  • Project coordination  - ID of risks, issues and opportunities

 

Note: You need to have current and eligible work rights to work in New Zealand
