What you would be doing
As the Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for most customers and could be doing any of the following:
· Meeting and greeting clients
· Pointing out health and safety guidelines
· Managing meeting room
· Supply purchasing
· Keeping the reception area presentable and tidy
· Managing incoming and outgoing mail including couriers
· Organising catering, travel, and accommodation
· Invoicing, and reconciling payments
· Dealing with facilities requests
Who are we looking for?
We’re interested in hearing from people with one or more years’ experience as a Receptionist but more importantly, we need professionals who are excellent communicators, have a keen eye for detail, and the ability to juggle workloads and deadlines without breaking a sweat.
