We have an excellent opportunity for an exceptional Customer Service Representative with a flair for Coordination and Scheduling. This is a fixed term position of 6 months based in Wellington.

 

What you would be doing

You will be fist point of contact with customers. You will be responsible for diary management, coordinating appointments, re-scheduling appointments due to sickness or absenteeism. You will need to have really outstanding communication skills, the ability to multitask, able to find solutions quickly, all while working with a sense of speed and urgency. This is a full time role on a 2 week rotating roster.

 

Who are we looking for?

I’d love to hear from people who:

  • Have previous phone based customer service experience
  • Have sound administration and computer skills
  • Have a flair for coordination or a desire to move into this area
  • Can find solutions quickly
  • Is able to deal with complaints
  • Has the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
