A Māori Crown Entity seeks an experienced Senior Evaluation Advisor for a fixed term contract based in Wellington CBD

What you would be doing

The Evaluation Advisor is required to lead, monitor and develop evaluations of the language planning structures for the business and ensure they align with the strict guidelines in place. This role works closely with the Policy and Development team.


You will be doing to following:

  • Lead and develop the frameworks for the language planning strategy
  • Compose suitable KPIs for each stage of the project
  • Collate data to measure process and successes for each stage of the project
  • Build long lasting relationships with external GOVT agencies
  •  In depth report writing exercises for analytical findings
  • Monthly contribution to board meetings and presentation of report findings

Who are we looking for?

In order to be successful you must have to following experience

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills – English and Māori
  • Ability to fluently speak te reo Māori at a conversational level
  • Experience in survey design
  • Solid understanding of research and evaluation methodologies
  • Ability to facilitate, compose and implement workshops
  • Outstanding presentation delivery abilities
