Our client is a well known NZ automotive company with multiple Receptionist roles starting in 2019. As the face of the company, you will use your proven customer service and sales experience to greet customers, schedule bookings, order parts, cross-sell services and products and assist with other administrative tasks as required.

What you will be doing

  • Taking phone calls and messages from customers
  • Meeting and greeting walk-in Customers
  • Manage all service bookings
  • Following up with customer leads
  • Promoting services and products
  • Submitting orders
  • Other Adhoc duties

What we are looking for

  • Previous experience in a receptionist role is advantageous but not necessary
  • Proven sales experience at a retail or call centre level
  • Proven face to care customer service experience
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills

  Hours

Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

Saturday - 8am - 2pm

Sunday - Closed

Saturday work will be rostered twice out of every 3 weeks. Time and a half is paid for all weekend hours.
