An opportunity has arisen in one of our client's in Takapuna for a permanent Reception role and will involve all front of office reception duties. This company has a great culture, and pride themselves on having a team where there is no drama!

Tasks required: 

  • Meeting and greeting clients and providing refreshments 
  • Answering phones and transferring calls 
  • Maintaining stock 
  • Ordering stationary  
  • Keeping the reception area presentable and tidy
  • Meeting room booking management/ meeting room set up 
  • Setting up video conferences 
  • Filing and archiving 
  • Ad hoc administration from the sales/finance team etc.
  • Assist with the effective running of the office day to day

To be considered for this role you must: 

  • Be highly presentable and professional 
  • Have initiative and be able to pre-plan 
  • Have charisma and zest 
  • Be technically able/ capable of picking up technology
