The Company

This leading global organisation are currently looking for a top notch Sales Administrator to join the team in a temporary capacity. This position will be starting asap to allow for a handover from the current incumbent.

Duties will include:

  • Assist in processing customer purchase orders and shipments
  • Processing billing and producing invoices for customers
  • Maintain fully documented sales order administration files as defined
  • Build a good rapport with Customers & Logistic Partners

The perfect person for the job will have:

  • Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
  • Excellent inter-personal skills and an understanding of service delivery ethos
  • Accuracy and an eye for detail
  • Proactive, diligent, flexible
  • Team player with a strong sense of integrity
  • Excellent quality and quantity of communication to ensure good remote working relationships
