Our client is an established Insurance business with a leading presence in their chosen market specialisation. They have over 100 years’ experience between the management team and are nationally recognised for their service and highly skilled team. To join in this great team, the ideal candidate will be friendly and committed to contributing to the success of the business.

A little bit about the role:

Working in a close-knit team, some of your duties will include:

  • Policy claim payments
  • Processing refunds
  • Staff expense processing
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Other ad hoc duties

Who are you and what is your profile:

You will be a self-starter who is keen to learn and develop. You will be a team player with excellent customer service skills. You will have ideally worked on Xero and will have experience working in a busy transactional role before. As you will be liaising with stakeholders within the business, excellent written and verbal communication is a must!
