What you’d be doing
This role will include a heavy focus on developing new business and fostering new relationships with organisations throughout the region, so it would be the perfect opportunity for someone who is ambitious, confident and decisive. The Auckland operation is well established and made up of some seriously great Recruiters, with plenty of experience and industry knowledge between them.
Are you the perfect fit?
Ideally, you will have three to ten years’ experience in a commercial recruitment environment, or come from a commercial Accounting and Finance background with a touch of business development or sales experience. As you’ll be developing beneficial relationships with our customers, you’ll also need to have sound communication and critical thinking skills, have a resilience and hard-working attitude, and be someone who thrives on the thrill of the chase. That said, being innovative, quick on your feet, a great team-player and results-focused is equally crucial. Delivering a quality service should come naturally to you, and in a perfect world, you'll be tertiary qualified.
You may be someone who has been working as an Accountant and is looking for a change of scenery, or an experienced Recruiter looking for the next step in your recruitment career. Leadership opportunities exist for the right individual too!
