The Role

You will be joining a reputable organisation as part of an established team and will be given ample room to showcase your previous administration and recruitment/HR experience. The key emphasis of the role is on assisting the HR team in what is traditionally a very busy time of year, so you'll need to be incredibly responsive and comfortable providing support across a range of HR and admin duties. The internal culture is well established and corporate so you'll need to be well presented, articulate and proactive.

What you need to do the job...

  • Some experience in a HR/ Recruitment Administrator or Coordinator role
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and how it works and can be utilised to enhance the recruitment process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A real team player with loads of initiative
