About the role
This role is centered around implementing new and improved recruitment and HR systems and processes and sourcing the best possible employees for this fast moving and rapidly expanding organisation.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will work hard to implement a new CRM system, establish new internal systems and processes around recruitment, contracting, induction/trial periods, performance appraisals, training and development and exit interviews.
You will also be experienced in building strong internal relationships within a business to enable you to source and attract the best possible employees for this well reputed organisation.
This role is open to candidates with office management experience, experience in the health sector within administration, and someone who has a lot of drive and energy to make things happen, think outside the box and deliver timely and appropriate results.
