Tell us a little about yourself
After completing my Communications Degree at AUT, I worked in Auckland for a year and a half before making the move to London.
Having lived in London, travelling has become one of my favourite past times! I’m always trying to find new places to explore. I have a big love for brunching and enjoy going to the gym. I’ve also been dancing for over 15 years, love going to the theatre and I am a keen baker.
I’m also a speedway/car fan and enjoy watching my Dad race at Waikaraka park during the summertime.
Tell us about what you have achieved in your personal and/or work-life
I moved to the other side of the world to start a new adventure by myself which I’m very proud of. I also completed my NZAMD dance exams in Hip Hop and created an interactive orientation show for over 4,000 students at Unitec for their summer orientation.
Tell us about your career to date
I started working in communications before moving into media; predominantly television. I worked for the Discovery Channel in London for over 4 years and loved working in an international market. I’ve also dabbled in events – working at an awards ceremony that celebrates the achievements of those living with disabilities.
What drew you to recruitment?
I love working with people from all different backgrounds, and I was ready to move into a role that would help others through the recruitment process.
Why is recruitment important to you?
I know there are many people out there who find the recruitment and job-hunting process quite daunting, and it’s exciting to be able to use my skills to get involved and help fantastic candidates find their ideal role with amazing clients.
