Behavioural interviewing is considered to be one of the most effective techniques for gauging a person’s candidacy for a role based on their previous experiences. This method of interviewing asks a candidate to provide specific examples of how they have shown certain behaviours, knowledge, skills and abilities. The information gathered will often reveal how a candidate will handle similar situations in your role.

Parker Bridge can provide one of two options for businesses looking to employ behavioural interviewing techniques to their own recruitment process. If the client would like to conduct the interviews themselves, Parker Bridge can work with the manager to design several behavioural interview questions to be used. Alternatively, Parker Bridge can also offer to conduct the entire interview process on behalf of the client. This would include booking in rooms either at our own or the client’s premise, confirming dates and times with all parties involved, conducting the interviews and providing feedback.
